Jaclyn is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Professional, who holds a Master’s of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling. Her therapeutic style is an integrative approach of Psychodynamic, Relational, Mindfulness-Based CBT, and Humanistic Therapies. She feels therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” practice and provides a warm, nurturing and accepting space for all clients. She strongly promotes the journey of healing within each person. Her goal is to assist clients in their growth process and enhance coping of their current experience, as well as exploring the client’s individual’s role within their interpersonal relationships. Jacki strongly encourages the exploration of the “root” of issues that may impact the client, at a pace that feels natural and comfortable for them, rather than only addressing the symptoms that are present. Jacki also helps clients identify and confront their communication patterns to enhance their interpersonal connections. Jacki is a mother of 3 children, and is passionate about supporting clients through the fertility process, pregnancy and postpartum. In Jacki’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, incorporating movement and meditation, dancing, traveling, exploring in nature, practicing Reiki and other alternative energy healing modalities, and is a coffee enthusiast!
